To be a parent is not an easy task, we need to be on our guard 24/7.  I don't like to complicate my life and enjoy to be able to relax and think situations through.  Sometimes I don't have time to analyze before I need to make some kind of decision or act against was wrong.  I believe that's why we need to take time every day and just be by ourselves.  It's in those moments that we gather what we have done and don't and think of ways to improve. 

I know is hard these days to disappear from our daily duties, even if it is for 20 minutes but if we don't we are going to be so overwhelmed with life that when a situation comes our way we are tempted to let it slide. 

There must be a balance of love and discipline in order to keep the communication channels open.  I'm tempted to be the dictator and to grab control at all costs but I need to learn to take things slower and think them through in order not to alienate.  Oh Lord!  He knows I need patience and he is giving me a good dose of workout while I raise my family. 

Who knew I could be tamed?
